Policies

Reservations :: 

If you would like to reserve an item, please use the contact form and we can make an arrangement. Reservations are held for one week with a deposit of 10% of the item's cost, which will be then applied to your purchase. 

Deposits left on unpurchased items will not be refunded.

Shipping :: 

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

All orders shipped to domestic addresses within the United States are sent the USPS Priority Mail Service, which includes tracking, insurance, and 2-3 day shipping.  

International orders are sent via the USPS First Class International service, which will provide you with a tracking number that will only trace the parcel within the U.S. borders and not beyond. International orders may take up to two months to arrive, depending on the nature of your country's customs and / or delivery services.

Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct, as once your order leaves my hands, it is entirely in the care of the United States Postal Service, and any other international post for your delivery address.  

If you would like to add any additional services to ensure safe delivery, such as additional insurance or signature conformation, please contact me once you have placed your order and I will be happy to help add on any additional features. 

I do not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit without additional insurance. 

Returns :: 

All sales are final.

I try to be as perfectly honest and transparent about each item as I can possibly be, listing any defects or blemishes. Each item listed is a second hand and / or vintage item, and has lived a life before reaching my hands and before reaching yours. 

Please ensure that you carefully read each description. I will not accept sizing returns, as each size and all measurements are stated clearly in each listing.
